JoAnnah Thompson (Jo Jo)

Jo Jo has been practicing Yoga since 2012 and it has helped her in so many ways such as in effectively dealing with pain management, anxiety, and in her spiritual growth.

 

After realizing these, and many other positive effects of yoga in her own life, Jo Jo decided to deepen her understanding by becoming a certified yoga instructor. sharing her love of yoga through her teaching.  Namaste!
